100% Grass-fed lamb ground in small batches from Katahdin, Dorper Sheep raised in open pastures on our farm. Compared to Australian lamb, the most common variety found in the supermarket, our Hudson Valley grass-fed lamb tastes less gamey, a little sweeter, and has a smoother texture. With a homey, natural flame-broiled taste, enjoy it in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes or as a milder alternative to beef and pork.
