We raise Large Black and Glouchestershire Old Spot Heritage breed pigs. These pigs have a darker meat which is more flavorful and juicy than that of the modern meat breeds. Our pigs are raised out on pasture from birth where they are moved often to fresh woodland pastures. There they root and squeal the day away. Our pigs forage-based diet is supplemented with local vegetables and fruit as well as local brewers grains. Our pigs never receive antibiotics or hormones and are raised to the highest standards.
