Turkey Dry Rub and Brine Kit PREORDER

Maple brine ingredients: Sea salt, maple sugar, black pepper, bay leaf, and celery seed

Sage mage turkey seasoning: Classic fall flavors of sage, rosemary, thyme, and marjoram are tastefully blended with powdered leeks, ginger, orange peel, powdered honey and celery salt to give you a home run bird.

 

A few tips from the test kitchen for the dry-rub:

  • Rub skin down with softened butter before seasoning for added adhesion
  • Apply liberally to the inside of the bird for a boost in flavor
