Our cows are 100% Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished as well as antibiotic and hormone free. They move daily to fresh pasture in season, the way their ancestors would have in the wild. During the winter our cows eat locally sourced and cut hay. This way of managing our cows heals our pastures, thickens our forage, reduces weeds, stimulates earthworms, reduces pathogens, and increases the nutritional qualities of our delicious beef. Our main breeding herd is made up of Belted Galloways, a heritage breed that is exceptionally hardy and was bred for its ability to thrive in grass-based management systems as well as for great meat quality. We also have a small number of Ancient White Park, Devon, and Angus Cattle that add some diversity to our herd and allow us to try new crosses and find what works best for us while always providing you the best beef!
